How to prepare the food:
1. tear off the top of the bag at the jacket.
2. Add hot water at the level of the mark on the back of the bag.
3. Stir well and then seal.
4. Let the bag stand for five minutes.
5. Add more water if you want a thinner consistency.
6. The food stays warmest if you eat directly from the bag (and the dishes are smaller).
