Raw Food balls with taste of lemon and coconut

Raw Food is more popular than ever. Here comes a cruel recipe for Raw Food that is like candy. Raw Food Balls!

Sweets without gluten, dairy or refined sugar. Can it be good? Oh yes!

These options for chocolate balls fit perfectly as energizing snacks, or as a gobit to the coffee.  

Becomes about 20 balls depending on size.  

Ingredients:

1.1 dl of cashews

1.1 dl almonds

Juice and zest from a lemon

2 tablespoons honey.

1.7 dl riven coconut

Grated coconut to roll the balls in.

Do this:

1. Mix Cashew nuts and almonds fine-grained in a blender / food processor.

2. Pour into all ingredients in a bowl and mix.

3. Shape to balls and roll in the torn coconut.

Let the balls stand in the fridge for one hour before serving. 

Store the balls in the refrigerator, they keep in 3-4 days.
