The dual burners are individually adjustable, allowing for cooking at different temperatures. Boil water quickly on one plate while gently simmering a sauce on the other.

The kitchen has a stylish stainless steel frame that is designed to withstand years of use.

The pan support and drip tray are easily removed from the kitchen for simple and easy cleaning. When cooking is done, the Kinjia is easily packed and locked using the handle - easy to carry and compact for storage.
