High Speed Gear M3T Multi-Mission Medical TACO

M3T - Multi-Mission Medical Taco, designed to be a versatile and flexible platform for carrying, transporting and using your IFAK (Individual First Aid Kit) first aid kit.
NOLATAC training and education provided insight, influence and found design criteria to create a pocket that could meet an ever-changing set of needs in law enforcement and the military, among others.

The pocket was designed using the NOLATAC ITK (Individual Trauma Kit) as a starting point. At the same time, it was important that it would fit a wide range of medical components from different manufacturers. The pocket's "Med sleds" allow for quick and reliable placement of the medical contents.

The M3T has been designed so that your TQ (tourniquet) is immediately accessible, as it can mean the difference between life and death.
At the same time as it is critical that your TQ is quickly accessible, it is essential that it is also protected from the elements of nature, such as UV radiation. To accomplish this, two separate side pockets were designed with double-barreledness in mind. Not only would they protect your TQ from the sun and nature in general, they would also ensure that you could access your TQ quickly from different angles. This was a critical design point as the pocket can be worn in a variety of ways and access was not allowed to be unnecessarily affected by the placement.
If you as a user choose to carry your TQ elsewhere, or only one set, then the unused TQ pocket can be hidden and tucked away, or used to hold other types of equipment, such as medical scissors, candlesticks or the like.
