Eton FRX2 Vevradio

The Eton FRX2 crank radio is a robust rechargeable crank radio with a solar panel and crank dynamo to keep you updated in case of an emergency where there is no power supply. A truly practical emergency radio.

The FRX2 crank radio is also suitable if you want news, music or anything else you enjoy from a radio, wherever you are without an emergency.

The FRX2 crank radio can be charged in several ways. The most obvious is by cranking the integrated crank dynamo. But you can also charge its battery via the wall socket. The crank radio's solar panel keeps the battery charged, so it could also be called a solar radio.

1 minute of cranking gives about 15 minutes of battery life.

The crank radio receives FM and AM broadcasts and has a retractable antenna for better reception. The radio frequency is shown digitally in the illuminated display and can be set manually or with automatic search. The volume and radio band are controlled in the same way.

The crank radio's built-in battery has a capacity of 1,000 mAh, which means you can use the radio as an emergency charger for your cell phone, for example.

The crank radio also has a built-in flashlight with really good light and long range. There is an on/off button on the top of the radio. An AUX output makes it possible to connect headphones to the crank radio.
