Reflex IFAK system is a two-piece system for medical equipment in which you have an outer case and an inner pocket. Together, this gives you the best storage for any medical equipment imaginable. With the Reflex IFAK System, you'll stay safe and ready wherever you are.
The system is made of strong nylon laminate and can be purchased as a complete system or separate parts.
The outer case
has MOLLE on top where the tourniquet can be attached with an included elastic cord. There is also an elastic cord at the bottom that makes the size of the case adjustable. The back has MOLLE panels making this system compatible with both MOLLE and belts. Included HSGI Clips can be used to create belt loops that fit belts with 3,8-5cm width. Belts can also be threaded through the case vertically and horizontally.
The inner pocket is quickly and easily released from the case by pulling the handle on the side. The pocket is opened by pulling the elastic cords. There is a large storage compartment at the bottom and a central compartment for pens and candlesticks. It is also possible to attach the tourniquet in the middle of the pocket using the included elastic cords. At the top there is storage for thinner equipment and also a compartment for gloves on the side that can be easily accessed with or without the case.
