The Katadyn BeFree bottle with filter ensures you have access to clean drinking water no matter how long you are away. Water purification system that is lightweight and quick to use. Simply fill the foldable container with water and the water is clean.
Filter system consisting of a Hydropak soft bottle and a Hollow Fiber filter that delivers clean water directly to the bottle. High flow rate thanks to special technology consisting of small and narrow straws. The BeFree filter purifies up to 1000 liters of water.
The purification takes place with 0.1 micron precision, which means that protozoa are reduced by 99.9% and bacteria by 99.9999%.
If the filter is clogged by too much cloudy water, it is easily cleaned by the so-called "EZ-Clean advantage", i.e. having water in the bottle and shaking it vigorously. Alternatively, unscrew the filter and dip it in water and "swish" it quickly from side to side in the water. This loosens the debris and you can continue purifying water again. Note that the filter should never be rinsed horizontally under a tap, as this can destroy the filter.
