The Open Ear insert earring is the most convenient in ear product you can have for your acoustic air tubing instead of the earplug that is usually attached to the air tubing (e.g."Lafayette Security Earpiece").

Open Ear connects to the air hose where the tight-fitting earplug usually sits, and allows the ear canal to be open to external ambient sound so that you can hear everything that is happening around you without that sound being muffled, while still hearing the sound coming from the radio.

To get the best fit of the air tube, cut it to the right length so that it sits comfortably behind your ear when the open ear is placed in your ear.

To fit the open ear earring, remove the existing rubber plug by pulling it out. Then insert this instead.

The Open Ear Insert earring is available in six different variants. Small, Medium and Large for right and left ear.
