NoiseBox

A noise box is a storage space for mobile phones, iPads and other electronic equipment to protect your meetings and conversations from eavesdropping.

The noise box keeps your meetings secure without the risk of what is being said being intercepted via your mobile phone.

NoiseBox S1 has been designed to completely contain the noise played inside the noise box so that it does not disturb the surrounding environment.

Using the NoiseBox S1

The noise box is very simple. Do as follows:

1. Place mobile phones and other electronic communication devices with radio transmitters in the NoiseBox S1.

2. Turn on the noise box with the button.

3. Close the lid

The Noise Box now plays a specially composed noise that ensures that nothing said outside the Noise Box can be intercepted by a device placed inside the Noise Box.

On the outside of the noise box is an LED indicating that the NoiseBox S1 is in operation. Inside the box there are 4 USB ports for charging the mobile phones(iPhone and android), tablets(iPad and android) and other electronic devices placed inside the box.

NoiseBox S1 has been tested at SP/RISE with excellent results. Here is an excerpt from the test protocol:

Conclusion:
We presume a worst-case scenario of a raised voice conversation/argumentation in a room of approx. 85 dBA there is an extremely low probability to record or distinguish what is being said in similar recording inside the box when the masking noise is on and the box lid is closed.
Observe that normal conversations are around 60-65 dBA in sound level.
