Real Turmat Chilli stew with beans
Lightweight and takes up little space. Quick and easy to prepare. All you need is hot water and a spoon. All dishes are produced from fresh ingredients that are freeze-dried mixed together for a tastier and more nutritious meal. Long shelf life.

Beans (40%), soy protein (soy (98%), flavouring, salt) (19%), onion, tomato paste, tomato (6.3%), paprika (5.7%), rapeseed oil, corn starch, vegetable broth (salt, glucose syrup, yeast extract, onion, modified starch, maltodextrin, vegetable concentrate, flavouring, sugar, vinegar extract), soy sauce (soy, salt, vinegar), flavouring, garlic (0.4%) , chilli (0.05%), antioxidant (ascorbic acid).

How to prepare REAL turmat:
1. Tear off the top of the bag at the jacket.
2. Add hot water (3,3dl) at the level of the mark on the back of the bag.
3. Stir well, and seal the bag.
4. Leave the bag for 8 minutes.
5. Add more water if you want a thinner consistency.
6. The food stays warmest if you eat directly from the bag.
Shelf life:
- The product has a shelf life of 5 years from the date of manufacture.
- Store at room temperature.
- An opened bag should be treated as a fresh product.
- Please eat the meal within 2 hours after adding water.

Det var första gången jag provade Real Turmat, och jag överraslades verkligen av vilken gedogen måltid jag fått! Den här rätten är vegetarisk och smakar kanon! Bra textur, perfekt konsistens, välkryddad med lite sting av chili. Det verkar inte finnas en väg tillbaka när man upplevt Real, känns det som.
Har ett gänga andra rätter jag verkligen ser fram emot att smaka, på ett sätt jag inte brukar ha för frystorkade rätter. Denna sorts mat är verkligen nått man se fram emot i hela sammanhanget av en vandringstur. I mott tycke är det grädden på mosen, verkligen suveränt! Tack Tromsø!
