Rice (39%), kebab meat (chicken (82%), potato flour, salt, seasoning) (13%), onion, paprika, tomato paste, corn, sour cream (milk), leek (4,3% ), rapeseed oil, corn starch, meat broth, sugar, garlic (0,3%), spices, antioxidant (ascorbic acid).

Here's how to prepare REAL turmats:
1. Tear off the top of the bag at the jacket.
2. Add hot water (3.8dl) at the level of the mark on the back of the bag.
3. Stir well, and seal the bag.
4. Leave the bag for eight minutes.
5. Add more water if you want a thinner consistency.
6. The food stays warmest if you eat directly from the bag.

• The product has a shelf life of 5 years from the date of manufacture.
• Store at room temperature.
• An opened bag should be treated as a fresh product.
• Please eat the meal within 2 hours after adding water.
