Weight plate for Plate Carrier
Build your weight vest with these weight plates in combination with, for example, the plate carrier.5.11 Tactical TacTec Plate Carrier. The combination of plate carrier and weight plate creates a weight vest. The weight vest is an excellent training tool that, thanks to the weight, creates a higher load during training. Higher load gives better results of the training.
The weight vest has become standard equipment in, for example CrossFit and the TacTec Plate Carrier is always seen in e.g. CrossFit Games.
The weight plate is available in two different weights. In the TacTec plate carrier from 5.11 Tactical, there is room for up to 1 plate per side in the vest. Either 4,5kg x 2 or 2,5kg x 2, one front and one back.
